SMILEBOX acts as a business provider and issues gift packs in the name and on behalf of the service providers who provide the activities offered in the gift boxes or in this web site.

The contents of your gift pack:

Your gift pack contains an introductory guide for the different activities offered as well as a gift voucher.

The voucher:

The voucher is only valid for one of the activities listed in the guide found in the gift pack or its corresponding online gift. The guide contains various activities each offered by a different service provider. These offers do not include transportation to the location where the activity will take place. The activities and service providers listed in the gift pack guide or online are subject to change during the validity period of the voucher. You are kindly invited to visit www.smilebox.mu to check for the latest updates of the online guide corresponding to the gift pack.

How to use your gift pack?

Before enjoying your SMILEBOX experience, it is important that you verify the validity of the voucher by clicking on “Verify gift pack validity” on the www.smilebox.mu website and by following intructions. Alternatively, to verify the validity of your gift pack, you may also send an email with your activation code to contact@smilebox.mu. The activation code is found on the bottom left corner on the back of the voucher. Once verified and activated, you may book your activity by either directly calling the service providers listed in the guide or online, or by sending us an email to contact@smilebox.mu with your contact details.

SMILEBOX may collect your personal data so as to be able to respond to your various requests. This data is computer processed by SMILEBOX for the management of its customer database, for statistical analysis and commercial prospecting. This data can be shared with third parties for the same purpose. In accordance with the data protection law, the beneficiary of a gift box has the right to access his personal data; to change it and make an objection provided he has a legitimate reason. You may exercise this right by sending us an email to contact@smilebox.mu.

Provision of activity by the service provider

The voucher is valid during weekdays and weekends depending on the availability and opening hours of each the service providers. The beneficiary must present the activated voucher in order to make use of the service.

The provision of the activity is subject to the specific terms and conditions of the chosen service providers, such as; cancellation, change in reservation, health condition, age.

A period of 10 days from the intended date of the provision of the service is given to cancel or modify the service. After this period, no modification or cancellation will be considered, and you shall not be entitled to a reimbursement.

The service provider is solely responsible for the quality of the service offered. In this respect, ENNOIA Ltd cannot in any case be held liable if the non-performance or improper performance of the contract is attributable to the beneficiary or to the unpredictable and insurmountable act of a third party or to a case of force Majeure. In any event, the distributor sells Smilebox gift boxes in the name of and for the account of Ennoia Ltd and can not be held liable due to the performance of any service provision.

The visual media provided in the gift box, the guide, the voucher or online are not binding. Any full or partial reproduction is strictly prohibited. This gift box is valid a year after check out or activation of the voucher. Beyond this period, the beneficiary will not be entitled to a refund or compensation of any kind.
