Shipments

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 day after receipt of payment and are shipped via Mauritius Post and without signature.

The contents of your package includes the ordered products, invoice and an acknowledgment to be returned either by email at contact@smilebox.mu, or by mail to the address Ennoia Ltd, Moollan & Moollan , C1 - 213 Grand Bay La Croisette.

On receipt of this acknowledgment we can then activate your SmileBox for one year.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. 

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
